For Stacey Goode, insurance has never been just about policies, paperwork, or making a sale. It has always been about people — their stories, their families, the seasons they are walking through, and making sure they feel seen, heard, and protected.
Stacey's own journey has shaped that belief. Moving from Florida to Texas marked a season of transformation in her life and career. Stacey has described that season through the picture of a butterfly — leaving the safety of the cocoon, trusting God enough to step into something new, and becoming who she was being prepared to be. What began as her own transition eventually grew into a desire to help other people discover what is possible for their lives too.
Her faith is at the center of how she lives, leads, and serves. Stacey believes God provides covering, and that belief has influenced the heart behind Goode Coverage: to protect people, serve them with love, meet them where they are, and use what has been built to create opportunities for others. For her, faith is not simply something to talk about; it should be reflected in how people are treated and in the good that comes from the work.
Family has shaped Stacey just as deeply. As a proud mother of two daughters and a grandmother, she understands the desire to protect the people you love, prepare for what is ahead, and build something meaningful for the generations coming behind you. Her daughters, her family, her faith, and the different seasons she has walked through have all helped mold the woman, leader, and business owner she is today.
Through years of experience in insurance planning, Medicare solutions, retirement planning, and financial services, Stacey has learned that people need more than information. They need someone who will listen, explain their options in a way they can understand, and stay connected after the paperwork is complete. That is why her vision for Goode Coverage reaches beyond an insurance transaction. She is building a company centered on relationships, education, service, opportunity, mentorship, and community — a place where the success of the business can become a way to help other people grow.
