Stacey Goode is a dedicated professional who takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and providing guidance tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

With many years of experience in financial planning, insurance planning, Medicare solutions, and retirement planning, Stacey works diligently to help individuals, families, and seniors navigate important life decisions with confidence. Her client-focused approach emphasizes education, integrity, and exceptional service every step of the way.

Head of HR & People Operations

I've always believed my purpose is bigger than a job title. At the heart of everything I do is people—helping them grow, creating opportunities for them to succeed, and serving them with excellence, integrity, and genuine care.

With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, I serve as the Head of HR & People Operations for The Goode Agency. I'm helping build the people and operational foundation of our growing organization, from developing our HR infrastructure and strengthening our culture to creating processes that support our employees, independent agents, leaders, and the future growth of the company.

I'm passionate about building an environment where people are supported, held accountable, equipped to succeed, and genuinely valued.

Outside of HR, I'm the owner of JoJo's Glitz & Glam Event Planning and the founder and leader of W.I.S.E. — We Impact Sisters Everywhere, a women's ministry God placed on my heart to help women know Jesus, grow in His Word, and become who He created them to be.

Above everything else, I am a follower of Jesus Christ. My faith is the foundation of who I am and shapes the way I live, lead, serve, and treat people. I'm also a proud mom of three boys, and motherhood continues to teach me about faith, grace, resilience, and unconditional love.

I'm grateful to be part of what we're building at The Goode Agency. For me, it's about more than growing a successful business. It's about developing people, building meaningful relationships, serving our communities, and creating an impact that reaches far beyond insurance.

Executive Administrative Assistant

As the Executive Administrative Assistant at Goode Coverage, I have the privilege of being part of the team that helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. I support our Agency Owner, Stacey Goode, and Head of HR, JoJo Teaken, along with our incredible team, helping manage the details, schedules, communications, and day-to-day responsibilities that keep our agency moving forward.

I've always loved organization, solving problems, and finding ways to make things easier for the people around me. But what I love most about my role at Goode Coverage goes far beyond the administrative side of my job.

My team has truly become family. We may be in the insurance business, but we are so much more than an insurance agency. Goode Coverage is a ministry, and I'm incredibly grateful to work alongside people who genuinely care for, encourage, and support one another. Being part of a workplace where faith, relationships, and serving others are woven into what we do is something I don't take for granted.

I love being the person behind the scenes who keeps things organized and moving forward while bringing a personal touch to everything I do. I'm passionate about building meaningful relationships, solving problems, supporting our team, and contributing to the continued success of Goode Coverage.

When I'm not at the office, my favorite role is being a wife and mom. I've been married to my wonderful husband, Mathew, for 10 years, and together we have two beautiful children, Wade and Lana, who are twins and keep us very busy! Life with them is full, sometimes chaotic, and absolutely everything I could ask for.

Above all, our family prioritizes discipleship within our church and community. We strive to serve God first and allow our faith to guide how we love, serve, and live each day. I'm thankful to carry that same heart for faith, family, service, and community into my work at Goode Coverage.

Sales Team Lead

Caribbean-born and raised, I grew up understanding the value of hard work, perseverance, and creating opportunities for the people you care about most. Those values have remained at the foundation of both my personal and professional journey.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and have built a diverse career across real estate, insurance, tax, and financial services. I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2014 and currently hold my Life, Health, Annuities & General Lines Insurance licenses across multiple states. With more than seven years in the tax industry, I have developed extensive knowledge in client service, business operations, and financial services.

Throughout my career, one goal has remained consistent: helping individuals, families, and business owners make informed decisions, protect what they have worked hard to build, and create a stronger financial future with confidence. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, personal development, fitness, and playing golf.

Licensed General Lines - Life, Health & Annuity Agent

In life I have always been someone who has grown through every season of life, learning that growth doesn't always happen when things are easy. I never got things handed to me, and worked hard for the things I need and have. My journey has taught me to value preparation, responsibility, and protecting what matters most. That's one reason insurance means more to me than just a policy or a payment—it represents being prepared for the unexpected and having peace of mind when life takes an unexpected turn. I'm still growing, still learning, and still becoming the person I'm meant to be, but I'm proud of how far I've come and excited about where Insurance is going to take me.

I am under a mentorship program with some of the best agents I know, and they have taught me so much about insurance. It's about protecting people, families, and their futures when life takes over. This experience has helped me grow both personally and professionally, while teaching me the importance of listening, educating, and genuinely caring about the people I serve. I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from experienced agents who continue to push me to become better, and I'm excited to continue growing in this industry and making a positive impact on others.

I got my insurance license for General Lines, meaning Life and Health insurance as well as annuities. I walk people through customizable and personal health, life and annuity plans that are designed around their individual needs and goals. My goal is to make insurance easier to understand and help people feel confident about the choices they're making for themselves and their families.
